Οn behalf of  the Diaspora General Directorate under the Ministry of Foreign affairs and Cooperation , I am glad to welcome you to the Website of the Diaspora General Directorate (DGD).  The DGD has been established to channel and coordinate Rwandan Diaspora potentials for its invaluable role in Rwanda development process.

The involvement of our Diaspora in the national development is not an easy task and requires much efforts and engagement, united and willing we will make it. The Government of Rwanda, the MINAFFET, DGD and Rwandan Diaspora are willing to join their efforts and work hard for the blight future of the whole Nation. This website is one of the ways to pull together all views and initiatives from Rwandan Diaspora, it will be a great pleasure to find it fruitful and useful to all Diaspora members.
