The main aim of this project is to aid these poor and suffering residents to get out of poverty and live decent lives which have thus enabled the diaspora have a special cooperation with Bugesera district.

It is under this cooperation that Bugesera district offered about 36 hectares of land for this project to be realized in which low cost housing estates will be built. These houses will contain all the modern things such as water, electricity and other modern social infrastructure nearby.

Mr. Karara also informed the press that some major sources of funds have been identified and honored their pledges. He also added that efforts continue to raise more funds to enable the successful completion of this project.
