The Rwanda Diaspora Mutual Fund (RDMF) is an Investment initiative of members of the Rwandan Diaspora, which decision came from their retreat which took place in December 2008

Although the initiative was purely from some members of the Diaspora, the subscription is fully open to all the Rwandan Diaspora communities, their organisations and networks, friends of Rwanda, Rwandan nationals, and any other interested parties both public and private.

The Fund was set up to act as a pool of investments from the Rwandan Diaspora and Rwandan nationals and its objective is to mobilise funds to be invested in Rwanda and attract capital growth in the short, medium and long terms, thus contributing to the promotion of the culture of saving in Rwanda.

The Fund aims at achieving attractive capital growth by tapping various opportunities available in Rwanda, diversify investments and minimise risks, contribute financial resources to national development through the creation of wealth and leaving legacy to future generations.
